  What’s the point is saying you’re open till 5 when the doors are locked at 4PM and you have your kids running around the store. Both sets of doors on either side were locked and Called once never answered, called again a lady answered with a disgusting attitude saying we used the wrong door. I guess I’ll go buy a new iPhone at the Rockport store atleast their store doesn’t constantly smell like weed or look like a day care. Commission isn’t made by sitting on your butt. Update 10/20 Transferred to AT&T today and got the new iPhone 17 best decision ever

  Great customer service employee helped us from certain to finish helped us set up our phones and made the transition very very simple. I definitely recommend this place and will come here for all my phone needs. as for champange she’s the best.

  Bought a case. Walked outside opened it. Realized this case was very flimsy. Broke a few with clips like this. Did not know until I opened it. They would not refund my money. Had to get another case I did not need. Very bad customer service. I don't care attitude. Won't ever go there again. Drove there from Rockport. Smhhhj
