  I don't mind showing my I.D. for security purposes in which I understand but they don't need to know my birthday and expiration date on my driver's license and I don't want to hear some b.s. corporate story they need to know all that information and secondly, there's nothing wrong with the towers in Kyle, Texas I'm paying $60 for an unlimited data plan. Give me what I'm paying for. Customer service is annoying because every time I call customer service some foreigner answer the phone I'm repeating myself 3 or 4 time because they can't comprehend English well.
