I was getting aggravated frustrated and I'm sure my tone expressed that but they were kind polite and helpful especially Xavier he went above and beyond and was kind through my attitude... Probly saved me from myself today got my phone working and switched over . 5 stars even though he deserves ten thank u for your kindness and efficiency today.
