- MMMirandaDec 9, 20231.0If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I went in this afternoon to buy a new phone. The associate added phone protection onto my account for 8 dollars a month without my consent. I only found out by looking at my online account when I got home. She also didn’t ask me if I wanted a case and just assumed so and charged me for it! I was completely mislead and adding things onto someone account without their permission is shady business!! Do yourself a favor and go to a real cricket store. This authorized retailer is unethical. I hope your few dollars in commission is worth a terrible review and an unhappy customer. Shame on you!!
