  First time visit, Mrs.Yanel Greeted me very welcoming and the place smelled very nice. She assisted me with damage phone screen. I ended up purchased the same "Moto G Power" cause the insurance coverage would take next day and I need a phone asap. Mrs. Yanel brought me out a chair and with confidence and care of others she made sure transferred all information over and with a smile. Most definitely boost a pay raise for Yanel. Work ethic passion display consistently I made me smile first time with cricket. Cause I have million bad luck and bad events of customers service. Mrs. Yanel made major impact.

  This was one of 3 Cricket stores in the area that I visited because the 1st one was too busy and I had to go to a 3rd one to get a case because this store was out of them. This was by far the nicest and cleanest store of the 3. The 2 young ladies that helped me were so wonderful and professional. I even had to go back because of issues with texting between Android and iPhones that I struggled with and one of the ladies had me up and going within 5 minutes!! I would highly recommend this store over any others in this area. Both ladies are bi-lingual (English/Spanish) and the experience was spectacular and I save over $20 per month with switching and get 5 G and free HBO. What a deal!
