  I spent a couple of hours on the phone with Cricket customer service trying to resolve an eSIM transfer issue, but it wasn’t getting anywhere. I decided to visit this store, and the manager helped me fix the problem quickly. He was super helpful and patient throughout. This will definitely be my go-to store for any future issues. Love it!

  Want to give a huge shout out for employees Nora & Jose. They helped a friend of mine get a new phone. Both of them were extremely cordial & helpful. However, Nora went WAY ABOVE & BEYOND, in assisting my friend, who happens to be homeless @ this time. Thank you Nora (and Jose).

  I'm with Cricket, but I waited 30 minutes for him to serve me because I was planning to buy an extra line, but he served other customers and waited until the store closed to tell me there was no more service. A lack of respect, terrible service.
