  I was immediately greeted by a young lady named Reina she was very professional and very knowledgeable about the wireless planes that cricket has to offer. She suggested for me to upgrade my outdated phone to get the maximum potential of the wireless plan that I was going to get. Store was neat and felt welcomed as soon as I entered. I am very pleased with my visit and the professionalism that Reina provided. 10STARS!⭐️

  They actually had more than one employee on the clock for once. However the three of them had a lot personal conversation amongst each other during the visit. The associate that assisted me wasn't very educated on the plan details and tried to sell me on an entirely seperate account for a hotspot versus adding it to my current account for the same price. Also I found it odd on Cricket's end that I am unable to add hotspot capabilities to my phone because it is a "bring your own phone" and I didn't buy it from cricket. I find this ridiculous as the smartphone I have isn't even offered by cricket to have the option of purchasing it from them.
