  Manager lady named clarata or whatever her name is rude as hell . She was talking on the phone to her boyfriend the whole time she was attending to me no customer service at all and tried to scam me by adding accessories i did not ask for and charge my plan up higher didn’t even let me chose Do not come here i give it no stars if i could and the store stay closed when it says open

  Went by today at 2pm and they are closed. Doors were locked and it was dark inside but the open light was on and the hours said open.

  My Tia went to this store today and this lady tried to scam her , she was told her phone line would be 100 even, and she went in today because the bill was 116 plus an in store fee , turns out the lady clarita without my tias consent felt like adding insurance on her line , obviously very illegal!!!!!!!! My poor tia had to fight to get this corrected and clarita was so unprofessionally money HUNGRY that she made my tia very uncomfortable and upset . I hope that she isn’t scamming other people here but DONT GO HERE AS LONG AS THE SCAMMER CLARITA WORKS HERE. Or you just don’t know what she will sneak into your bill

  I was having network issues with switching to a new device. I went to multiple locations and reached out to chat for assistance. they were not able to help me. I went to the pleasant run location and Matthew resolved my issue within 30 minutes! Greatly appreciate his customer service!
