  Candy was great with us!!! She took time and helped us with everything!! Greatest customer service I've had in a long time!! She went above and beyond and even stayed passed closing and never got irritated one bit!!!

  Staff was very helpful. Got a new line and phone added to my plan and updated an existing damaged phone with a new one. Took less time than expected.

  I spontaneously switched from Sprint to Cricket because I just couldn’t take it anymore, and I had a great experience. There were two staff there who provided excellent customer service. They answered all my questions, gave me a detailed explanation of the process, and were able to start my new service within half an hour. Even though I’m a brand new cricket customer, I can honestly say my experience is already far better than what I went through with Sprint for a year.
