I had said I wanted to start a line, so she asked me to type my information, while she assisted another customer.(which I didn’t mind at all!) once I filled it out, she asked again and my husband said we just need to take this number from this account and transfer to a new line. she rolled her eyes and said “why didn’t y'all tell me that before I did all this?” She tried to argue with us, and just wasn’t professional at all. we definitely won’t be back to that location.

But I have had constant issues with my account and ive had to waste my time and gas repeatedly having to go up to the store to get the issues fixed. I dont like how if u want to upgrade you have to buy the pho e straight out. Payment plans are available but they seem to push customers to buy the phone instead.
