Usually costumer service is not the best but alright, But the 2 they have today were the worst, I go and ask a question and she asked one question that was it , she didn't say what she was doing to our phones, then gave it back to me, that was it. It was awkward to be in this Cricket store, Maybe someone needs to show them and teach them (Costumer service) how to Communicate better.
