  I had a great experience at the Cricket store in Perry, and Alex was the reason why. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. Whether it was answering my questions, explaining plan options, or helping me choose the right phone, Alex made everything simple and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through every step, made sure my phone was set up correctly, and didn’t rush the process at all. It’s clear he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about providing great service. If you're going to the Cricket store in Perry, definitely ask for Alex. He made the whole experience easy and even enjoyable. Five stars all the way!
