  The worst and I mean absolutely worst service company sales representatives I've ever had to deal with in my life. Dean from the Cleveland Georgia store absolutely the worst. They take your money they charge more than what your bill is say your stuff is on autopay and it's not and then you get threatened with the cops if you come to their store to take care of your phone bill so you can still talk to your loved ones this is the most absolutely worst phone company I've ever switched to in my life I regret it.

  Very disappointed i went in the store today and explained that i i wanted to leave straight talk for cricket that i was going to make the switch on Thursday but even though the blonde lady was nice she explained that i would have to re activate my phone in order to port the number to cricket um no thanks im not activating my old phone and spend 35 dollars that im not going to use just so i ican switch my service to cricket no thanks i may just stay with straight talk
