  Luis, the store manager, made my experience with purchasing a new cell phone seamless. All information was transferred from my old phone to the new one perfectly and efficiently. I highly recommend you go see Luis for all of your cell phone needs.

  I went to the store one time and I was treated terribly by the day manager or the owner. Whoever he is he went out and took a picture of my license plate said I was harassing him and a homeless man so I called the police on him I think the guy is something wrong with him.

  My visit at the new Cricket Wireless store in Holyoke MA was great! I was greeted immediately! I came to activate a new phone and the service was awesome! They successfully transferred everything
