If i could give infinity stars I would. This day started out by going to the north Huntington/irwin cricket to add a line to my plan. It started in north hills/ross but theyre closed sundays even though online says theyre open. So we go to north Huntington and the worker there activated the phone wrong. She put it as a reserve number with future activation and said it will take 2-4 hours as its a "delayed activation".
I didn't believe that, so i dropped my buddy off at home to prepare for a medical procedure tomorrow, and i proceeded to the north side location. No one was there, i got there an hour before closing. The guy was very helpful even though it took over 2 hours to fix this issue. Now as he's helping me, a Spanish fella walked in who spoke no English. So as he's helping me, hes trying to help this guy with a language barrier. Hes getting translation people on the phone and everything. He refused to not fix my issue.
So now it's about 5:20, after closing time, and in walks a drunk guy. DEMANDING his money back from paying his bill earlier in the week because clearly he needed more money for booze. He is giving the worker a hell of a time, and im now starting to get upset for him. And the amount of time and effort that went into fixing my issue, I'm prepared to fight this guy for him. The guy pulls out his camera and starts accusing everyone of being racist for not giving him his money back instantly, even though he walked in after closing time, tried to skip 2 people, demanding his money back. I made sure to remind him that he walked in stumbling drunk, disrupting everything, and trying to cut people in line. The worker handled this much better than I did.
The worker at this location, who was working close on sunday the 21st of September. Needs a raise. Even 6 figures isnt enough compensation to deal with what he has to deal with daily. This location is absolutely horrible, but the service is amazing. I wouldn't go here anytime this guy is working. And thank goodness they have cameras with what he has to deal with. Give this man a raise, a promotion, and put him at a better location.
