  Two stars simply because Ty and Susie are the absolute best! Creekside wouldn’t excel if it weren’t for them. Unfortunately the manager of the establishment Linda is extremely rude and dismissive. Told me “Listen to me” on the phone before I could even get my whole question out to get clarification on something. I’m so glad I am not moving here after dealing with her. At first speaking with her was extremely nice but it’s an act for sure.if you are looking to move here the apartments themselves are extremely nice, Susie and Ty are the BEST!! stay clear of Linda for sure!

  Ty was so accommodating and kind during the tour process. She went over quotes with me and gave me a thorough tour of the units and amenities. We would love to call Creekside our next home and she was an integral part of this decision.

  Jesus & Eduardo were very friendly and did their jobs well and efficiently. I recommend their services to anyone who lives in Grand Prairie, Creekside Apartments. Call maintenance for anything and ask for Eduardo and Jesus.

  Long story short: we APPLIED for, were APPROVED for, and should have RECEIVED a 2 bedroom, 1,730 Sq ft. apartment. The apartment we have is 1,068 Sq ft. We have proof! The staff made this mistake! They breached the contract! My husband and I've been very patient and asked them to RECTIFY it. They DON'T care and REFUSE to make it right! When we noticed THEIR mistake, the response from the office manager, Linda Claiborne was, "you saw the apartment 😳 and should have known"! She is very disrespectful and combative. We are newlyweds, and moved from two separate cities, and moved in separate months. Supposedly, Linda Claiborne's hands are tied and she has no power to remedy anything. She acts as if this is a new issue, and is unaware during the many times we've spoken, and never has any updates. I guess Bryan Ziegler ignores his own staff, too! Jasmine and Erica no longer work here, after they changed Property management Firms. Jasmine had a problem showing more than one apartment and didn't have the size available to show. She said, "they're all the same layout." Office staff are the most incompetent and uncaring I've come across! Jasmine lied about us being the first tenants in our apartment too! The Property management, formerly Landmark Mgmt. Partners are worse, and refuse to respond to both calls and emails. I spoke to Bryan Ziegler, once who said, "he'll dig into it more when he's back from vacation." Do you think he's done anything? Cheryl, Bryan's supervisor refuses to do anything either! They WON'T respond! Property Mgmt. were in the office a few Fridays ago. I just happened to stop in and complain again to Ty and Linda. Both Cheryl and Bryan scattered like roaches, to avoid dealing with the issues their hired staff created! Oh, they'll take your money! While you endure power outages, trash and debris in stairwells, uninsulated walls. We HEAR our SECOND floor neighbors EVERY move beneath us! We live on the THIRD floor! No where to park and visitors must pay $4 to park! Some residents have multiple vehicles, extra family not on the lease, violating their policies. Pest control lacks for spiders and silverfish, multiple requests go unanswered. Security is not available since the new property mgmt. company took over! Our apartment is beautiful, the property is beautiful, the amenities are great, maintenance is great, but not worth the money, admin fees, stress, or incompetence. RUN!!!!!!!

  Eduardo is always a great help when i am having issues around my apartment no matter how small. And one thing that i always appreciate is that he is so quick and responsive!!! I had an issue with one of my lights and i pulled him to the side. And he came as soon as help could and was able to repair it!!! Great customer service!!
