  Teller service via the drive through is horrible. I was the only car there and it still took 10 minutes to withdraw money because as usual, the ATM was broken. Teller 1332 needs to be trained or trained.

  After 10 plus long years with CUofCo I'm thinking I may hang up service very soon. Paid off several loans, longterm customer, my payments are always on time and unfortunately they make it so hard to get a loan now days. The phone service is also pretty bad and if you get someone with absolutely no personality and no customer service skills like Brittany you can assure whatever you're trying to accomplish will most likely not go well. I don't even mind a denial but prior to even asking for anything she makes the phone call sound like I'm some sort of idiot or a new member that should know every last number off all my check stubs just to increase line of credit. Guys this doesn't have to be such a difficult process for a simple yes or no on a credit line and furthermore atleast make it pleasant on the phone not like I'm talking to someone from the dmv and hates their job. You guys keep denying loans even after the relationship and trust we've built. You've literally got a paper trail of loans paid off by me and we never had any issues. Instead you make me feel like a homeless man with no income. Just noticing yalls reviews are getting really bad so it's obviously not just me. Take care

  This bank has been great to me. Just one thing is the hours are inaccurate, they open at 9am everyday, not 8:30.
