2 years in a row, got letter saying no money in my account to pay for safe deposit box renewal. Letter threatened to break into my boxes. Both times I had few thousand dollars in that account. I called. This time, they said they are going to conduct audit of this branch. I closed my boxes within time allowed in the letter. And now, they've charged my account $80 for boxes I no longer have. Never had to deal with such outrageous behavior from a bank. Don't know if it's gross negligence or borderline criminal. Either way, intolerable for a banking institution!!!
