  The staff here are fantastic. They are most helpful and friendly whether assisting with various transactions, or with the bins for shredding.

  While the employees are perfectly nice, the corporate policies of this credit union are super inconvenient for customers. The limit on remote deposits and transferring your own money between your CUC accounts make it so you have to call customer service just to do basic transactions that don’t even remove money from their possession. You have to give them your account information in the branch just to make change of cash. Setting up a trust account took a month and involved their legal department. Basically everything I’ve needed to do has been cumbersome and slow. Not the fault of their staff but it sure is frustrating.

  Mara has been nothing short of amazing. She made getting a new debit card a breeze. This is my favorite branch so far. Will try to come to this location for all my banking needs.

  Nothing but great experiences and friendly staff at this new and conveniently located branch. Have never had financial, checking, or savings issues with this credit union as a customer for over 6 years
