  Terrible experience having a loan through them. They don't communicate, they don't answer phones and their phone system can't process anything the first time around. I have nothing positive to say at all.

  A great place to do personal and business banking. I do both here and am very satisfied with their service. Unlike some of the big banks I've used in the past, the bankers never push stuff on me, and I trust them for advice.

  I couldn't ask for better service. Alex, was great, he was very attentive, polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

  Bank closes early why have a closing time if your not going to a bid by it? There is always something wrong with the atm and online banking is the worst ever. Seems like it doesn't work more than it does. I miss USAA this has been a nightmare banking here. Tellers are very nice and helpful and that's the only positive thing I've received since I became a member.
