  We went in to get new Debit cards. The first teller/customer service assisted us and started the process, telling us it wold be 5 minute wait. He then started with an appointment guest, but did not pass us off to anyone else. After 20 minutes I went to another teller/customer NO-service who was doing busy work and ignored me for 5 minutes. He looked at me several times and ignored me. I asked if he was going to continue to ignore me or ask if I needed assistance. He said he was busy. The drive in teller came over and finally gave us our cards. I would not return to this branch except it is the only one in Durango. Customer service training amd focus would go a long way here.

  We came in the morning to open up several accounts. Everyone was fast and friendly. Amanda spent over an hour with us and was super helpful- thanks so much!

  I highly recommend! I switched from Wells Fargo a few years ago and I am so glad I did! I would have started with them if I would have known! A M A Z I N G ! & Erin at the GJ location is the absolute greatest!

  Our first home buying experience was anything but easy, so we went into our second purchase prepared for a roller-coaster ride, but Brenna Morlan at Southwest Colorado Federal Credit Union made everything so easy from start to finish. She almost made it too easy! ;) Brenna worked quickly, followed up frequently and always kept us in the loop! She was available to answer all our questions and did it with grace and patience.
