About

Credit Union
WE'VE MOVED. Our downtown branch is no longer at 1390 Logan Street. We are now located down the way at 1275 Tremont Place and now offer drive thru service. We make banking less complicated and your financial goals more attainable. We’re local, have a proven track record, and we’re great listeners. Plus, the money we earn from interest and fees goes back into our credit union in the form of better interest rates, lower fees, and dividends for you.

Impossible to deposit cash anywhere in New York State. Normally, I wouldn't assume this would be possible, but they insist it is! So that's frustrating. Edit - What a frustrating and soulless response. Those options don't work, I have tried, and I have already submitted a support ticket, making you all aware that what you told me is not the case. I would like my gas money reimbursed for all the nonsense that you've put me through from going to several ATMs and bank locations. Not to mention the time I have wasted calling you regarding this, submitting tickets prior, heck--even writing this out, and yet I keep hearing the same unhelpful gaslighting over and over. Then I might believe that you care about my membership. Just admit that you only function in Colorado, and no one would be phased. But the insistence on lying to people is evil. Please don't hesitate to reach out!

They are profiting BILLIONS of dollars a year off the backs of POOR PEOPLE via Non-Sufficient Fund fees and "withdrawal clearing fees". Finally switching to Capital One bank which has NO NSF FEES, NO MINIMUM BALANCE, FREE CHECKING AND SAVINGS ACCOUNT. These banks can absolutely afford not to charge NSF fees and the banks that still do are GREEDY, SOULLESS GARBAGE. Anyone who works for this bank should be ashamed. Absolutely disgusted with how long I stayed (6 years!!). Goodbye and good riddance.

!!! What a wonderful customer service experience today with Cara!!!! I called CU of CO today for info on overdraft protection…. Got a call back from Cara after an easy 15 minute wait and Cara explained all the satisfying details about the protections on my account and even helped me set up tailored alerts to my phone… thank you Cara !!!!!!
