  The worst bank I have EVER dealt with. We had two auto loans with them and despite providing proof of our insurance like 100 times, they refused to accept that we had insurance and they were going to purchase the most outrageously expensive insurance ever for both vehicles and add it to our loan. Luckily we switched banks and paid off our loans in full so we can be done with them.

  They charged me double for an automatic payment. The app and website are not easy to navigate at all, I am unable to cancel automatic payments and after submitting a help ticket my account locked. BEWARE!!! They took way more than they were supposed to and now I am at their mercy to give my money back and of course they are not open until 9am. Absolutely disgusting.

  Jonathan is extremely helpful. I couldn't imagine anyone being nicer and better at their job. My checking account was opened in minutes! Thank you!!!

  I’ve had a savings account with them for over 10 years. I found out recently that they withdrawn 5 dollars a month because my account has not been active. That’s why it’s a savings account I’m suppose to be saving money.

  I went to the atm after hours and wanted to withdraw $200. Only $100 came out. Receipt says $200 withdrawn. There is no number to call and nothing in the menu of the atm to contact anyone about this.
