  I can't figure out if this is credit union or a collection agency. I thought credit unions were supposed to be there for their members. I have had an account with CUofCO for over 15 years. Then had some fraudulent charges go against my account. Told them it wasn't me and they had me sign chargeback/fraud account paperwork and then told that their investigation should find that all the charges/related overdraw fees would get reversed. Two weeks later, I got a pretty rude call from a a member solutions rep named Mark who demanded when I would pay the related overdraft/account overdraw fees/balances. I told him what him what was going on and was promptly ignored and then he demanded again when I would pay the fees/balances. Told him to look at my account again for why there is an issue with what he wanted and then he rudely stated/asked that they knew which place employed me, what my phone number was, and so forth like they were going to send me to collections. EDIT: I have contacted CUOFCO as instructed in their response here and my ticket was closed without any responses. This is how I expected this credit union to respond. Take your business elsewhere. They were unable to help me with a few hundred dollars that went missing with these unauthorized charges. I found out that if you need anymore more than simple deposits/withdrawals with this union that they will drop the ball at at single step for whatever more complex issues you might run into.

  Mala lo peor este banco no lo recomiendo, le cuento mi experiencia solicite un préstamo personal, tengo mi punto acrediticio alto y mis ingresos son altos todo documentos en regla un préstamo de 5mil hice y bueno el día de la cita todo bien me le tomaron fotocopia a todos mis documentos y al día siguiente me dicen q no pueden aprobar el crédito o préstamo sin explicación lo peor ahora tienen mis documentos y información y no aprobaron nada si los utilizan para otras cosas que recomiendan

  Directions are very incorrect. It'll take you to some apartments, not credit union.
