    I have been with credit union of Colorado for 5 years as of this month 9/2025. I have never had a bad experience with them, even during Covid. I do 99 percent of my banking online or via telephone. We left Colorado for work but I refuse to leave the credit union - because of their prompt response to issues that arise , the way they handle stressful situations for their customers , and the attention they give. We recently had fraud happen and it was a big fraud - as soon as I saw it I was emailing into them as it was before they opened and then I called in( they are an hour behind us) . They gave us all the information we needed to freeze our credit reports , place fraud alert and place a flag on husbands social security number as well as getting phones wiped for malware. I’m happy that we choose the credit union 5 years ago and have stayed with them. They are always the first ones i recommend to anyone who is looking for a bank in Colorado. The customer service and professionalism is amazing. Thank you so much for making my stressful time that much less stressful

    I’ve been trying to open a business account at this bank for nearly two weeks now, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve spoken to four different people, my husband has spoken to three, and not one person seems to know what they’re doing when you call the 800 #. We've repeatedly been told someone will call us back—no one ever does. I’ve been given incorrect business forms to fill out, only to be told later I need to redo everything. The last person assisting me is now out of town for three days, and I’m still no closer to having an account. I already have multiple accounts here, but this lack of communication and professionalism is making me seriously consider moving all of my business elsewhere. It should not be this difficult to open a business account. EDIT- I had the branch manager contact me within 45 minutes of posting this and had an account opened by the end of the day. I think it’s unfortunate I had to leave this review to get anything done. I highly recommend training your employees who take the calls better!
