  Someone stole my debit card number out of state The Fraud unit notified me to confirm if it was an accurate charge. Within 30 I had a new debit card in hand. Exceptional service.

  I spoke with a rep named Sokri who informed me the union did want a relationship with me, & further documentation was needed to open one up. Sokri is a legitimate rep of the union. Then, the same day,(approx 2 hours or so from the meeting ),I spied an email from CUC reading the documents hadn't gotten back to them in time, no go. My plan was to bring them the very next day, as being on RTD(public transit) it's a long trip there. I exploded unprofessionally in words @ the unprofessional attitude & behavior aimed @ me. It's possible I didn't measure up as far as credit report is concerned, however even then it's discretionary--a union can still take a chance on someone based on Chex systems, or a meeting in which they think you're "redeemed"--your committed to paying your bills, not overdrafting & such. A week later, after this about face, the union said, in so many words, we didn't close it then, but we are now because you didn't get back to us. It came off to me they just wanted to collect personal 💻 data in their system, & use it or cause it to be used to my detriment. In this society (the civilized half), in writing & verbal mean contractual, too, not just implications. In a nutshell, unprofessional, & it's possible to not 🛑 stop @ just this one. Best wishes to CUC, however attacking someone's high hopes is "not nice." This agency made 3 Chex systems reports on me, hurting my ability to move on with my life with a new financial institution. If there were a way to give them 0 stars, I would.
