  I highly suggest staying away from this company. My company provided a gift card service to Al Cooper the owner, and he completely burned us and didn't pay us for $1,400 in gift cards we sent to his guests (and had to pay for). Avoids all the calls/emails/texts trying to collect payment and won't pay for a product and service he requested. Another timeshare company ripping not only their customers, but their partners off.

  We attended a meeting about 10 months ago. We were offered a free meal, and to be educated on how to lower maintenance fees and the new updates that have happen - specially since Covid. We purchased our Timeshare many years ago and have used it regularly. But we are getting older and are worried about the maintenance fees and what others have told us about our kids being obliged to take it when we pass. The Consultant who helped us, was very professional and patient. She answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!). We came into the meeting with a bond, between us, that we were going to understand our options, without making any decisions that night. We walked out a couple hours later feeling relieved that they found the right solution for our family. I have purposely waited to write this review until the process was we paid for was completed. I can now say we are out of our timeshare and have had the opportunity to use the DreamStar program. It works Exactly as we were shown. It took about 7 1/2 months to process us out of our Westgate deed. I have heard horror stories from friends our age being taken by scammers. But this company is truly a good righteous company! I highly recommend them!

  Creative agency has reach out to me asking to join a conference 35 miles away from where I live saying that there new laws that helps time share owners. Requested me to come with my husband. We were there. They took the info they need and they have decide that we are not eligible for the program so they did let any server serve our table. Even though we agreed to pay out our pocket for the dinner they have promised to offer dinner for our visit. I hope I can give no starts for the agency for customer service. They are BAD and worst customer service. No intention to help any one.
