  My carpet got a bubble at a seam, so I paid 150 to have re stretched and it happened again in the same spot also in another spot. I called them they scheduled a day and never showed up or called to reschedule. This place is a rip off and poor quality. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  At first when she is selling it it was great, but she will not stand by installation, after 3 weeks to finish the job blamed her "vendor" for the one room not being correct cut and coming back to pull out the staples that popped up everywhere,I'm left with a door that will not close and unfinished door guides in all 3 bedrooms , I pushed my movers back to wait for the rest of the carpet to arrive because " she said the vendor messed it up" , I couldn't move the room in and had to pay for a extra room to be moved. Meg said that she would not take anything off the bill for the incomplete job and the poor planning and management of her, also they say it's your problem if you're doors don't shut after the carpet installation even though they shut before. So if you make the bad decision to use them , this is what you can expect for a" finished" job!! Nail heads poking up , staples around the walls and stairs "sharp and visible". After coming back to address it still is not any better, her answer was she already gave me a small discount for payment of cash and would not compensate for the bad job or causing me to have to pay movers to move a extra room, because of the long delay in completion of the job. My opinion is that she doesn't care about customer service and was only interested in getting the money from me not making it a quality repair.
