The director and administrative staff are so friendly and worked with me for transitions in the children as they aged, any issues or concerns I had, and they were very flexible and accommodating. They always had a smile on their faces when I dropped off the boys or came to pick them up. My husband and I would highly recommend Creative Beginnings Child Care Center for any parent who needed child care in the Berks County Area. The teachers are so friendly, supportive and provide a safe environment for the children within the center to learn and grow.
