- CHC hAug 23, 20253.0I've started taking my dogs here for some socialization and exercise. The staff has always been nice and I've had no issues there. However, the only time they provide any cameras or pictures is if you're boarding. And I really don't like that. They can't really prove that my dogs got much time in daycare and the last few times they haven't really come home tired. When I ask about how they did I get pretty generic answers in general, though one girl was much more detailed. I'd really like to know what my dogs are doing while there as the service isn't cheap and they are spending all day there. I'd also like to check in on them during the day. Too many bad things happen behind closed doors. It's that simple. If Boxers wasn't out of the way I'd be going there instead. As it stands I may just pay someone to come let them out and take them to the park instead.

- TWTeresa WagnerJun 20, 20254.0Although I experienced an unfortunate incident at my last grooming I am deleting my last review- I cannot say enough about the concern and attention the owner, Brett has shown during my dogs recovery. He has called, followed up and done everything possible to correct the situation. As stated in my last review up until now I have had positive experiences with Crazy Bones. Although I might be hesitant in returning I am extremely grateful for the sincere concern from Brett.
- MCMelissa ConnerJun 12, 20251.0Terrible place!!! I would not take my pet there if it was the only place in town. I’ve never met such rude people, completely unprofessional, especially the owner! To my knowledge none of the groomers have a degree in grooming. Choppy and terrible. I could do a better job myself. Go somewhere else if you love your pet.
