  Great LBS! (Local Bike Store). Fernando and the boys/girls in the shop always seem to be in a good mood and ready to help or just talk about bikes. I get almost all my repairs/service and parts here. They are tied into the major distributors so almost any part is just few days away. They carry Rocky Mountain, Davinci, Trek, and others, and seem to kinda rotate their new bike selection and brands as market conditions change which I think is a good thing. No point being married to just one manufacture, there are alot of good bikes out there. Highly recommend. Good vibe in the shop.

  Went in last Thursday August 28th with my wheel that had a broken spoke. I was told they didn't have any in stock but they would order the spoke and it would be in the next day (Friday) Today is Wednesday Sept 3rd I called and was told it wasn't ordered. And I would have to go next day to another location and wait an hour for the spoke to be cut etc etc. I passed and will try a different bike shop. Very poor service with zero follow up.

  Service was fast and the tech answered all my questions beyond the service. Did not need an appiontment, I just walked in.

  The greatest compliment to a business in the service industry, is how they bounce back when someone goes wrong. My compliments to the team at Crankys and specifically Chris who turned a bad situation into a super positive experience. Well done and thank you.
