Although very busy he was able to get us in that day for a pump. Upon pumping he informed me of an issue with grease in the inlet line of the tank. He went above and beyond helping me me with the issue. He was also very knowledgeable and informative of the system. I came away with a good knowledge of the septic system. I also liked the fact that it’s a small family owned local business. My dealings with them was very personable and professional. I would recommend Craig’s septic to anyone who needs this service.
