  I would just like to say I have been working with Dean for almost 20 years. He has been fantastic. We had our home insurance auto insurance and recently. I just pulled my business insurance over and the workers comp. If you know anything about workers comp, you will know that the state of North Carolina is the biggest pain onEarth, but by my side, Dean has been and I cannot say enough good things about him his dad and the whole staff at Craig and Preston.

  Been working with Craig and Preston for years. They provide the best customer service in the industry. Each year 3-4 things pop where I need assistance from them. They are very responsive and jump right on what need. Always providing great communication. Highly recommend them to anyone in the market for an insurance agent.

  One of the most uncaring businesses I have ever felt with. My mother passed over a year ago and I have called several times to get her policies stopped.they dont do anything g. Imagine if you had a real claim, they are never in the office and the lady answering g the phone just tells you to call back later. I have been in business in Charlotte for more than 30 years... never would I be so unkind d or unfeeling.
