  I called to have our kitchen cabinets measured and for possible change of the layout. I was told I'd hear from someone Friday or Monday, never received a call. We went elsewhere and are having all our needs and questions answered.

  Craftsmen Home is HIGHLY recommended by my family, they remodeled our kitchen spring of 2018, complete gut, we now enjoy the kitchen we never thought possible. Due to the size limitations we thought we could never have what would be functional and beautiful. Jim & Kim Grethel, our design team, are the ultimate professionals, they came to our home saw what they had to work with & listened! We met a week later at their showroom they presented 2 3-D designs & ideas on cabinets, coutertops, & floors plus how we could reconfigure the existing electrical & plumbing to give us our dream kitchen. It took my wife & I a few weeks to make our decision. Jim & Kim were with us every step of the way, NEVER pushed or showed frustration, as we changed our minds on our choices & design, twice. A short 5 weeks later, thru a little bit of dust & drywalling not to mention living without a kitchen it all worked with NO issue. Now 10 months from completion & not one issue arising we ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR NEW KITCHEN, designed by Jim & Kim, oh,we cant forget our contractor who became a part time family member for 5 weeks Jay Ford, he arrived each morning on time, let us know what time he was leaving, & was a "true builder" with homebuilding experience, he took his time to be sure it was done right, it was level it was straight, had no gaps and have to say his work is perfect. He cleaned up EVERYDAY before he left & put up with our curious kitty too. Thanks CRAFTSMEN HOME IMPROVEMENT.

  I now have the kitchen I always wanted thanks to Craftsmen H.I. At all stages of the remodeling there were people who listened to my input. In the design stage my ideas were heard. I received excellent recommendations for materials that respected my budget. The workmen that came into my home were courteous, respectful & polite. They kept us informed during each step in the process. As with most remodeling projects there are surprises along the way. Craftsmen H.I. worked well with us to minimize the stress these surprises caused. The compliments from visitors and guests when they see how wonderful my kitchen is reinforces my opinion that Craftsmen H.I. is a superior company with superior employees.

  I had kitchen cabinets replaced with convenient, updated ones. The old was removed and disposed. The kitchen was kept as clean as possible throughout, and the walls were prepped for paint. The kitchen is beautiful and much more useful. I would call them again.
