The food was just ok, nothing special a overload of salt. The real problem i had was the miscommunication on there menu. The king crab leg special all you can eat , were NOT king crab legs . When I brought this up with the manager, he said there not, There smaller kind of king crab legs . Total rubbish. There king crab legs or there not ! and I feel taking advantage of and manager knew I was correct but was not willing to anything about .
Terrible and will never return.

My shrimp was mushy and so was the crab like it was sitting there to long. Also to much garlic in the sauce our waiter was very nice. But will never eat there again. I got the shrimp boil bag and l had to clean my shrimp and peel them. The need to invest in the easy peel and drained bags at costco or wal mart .
From the moment I walked into Crab N Spice, Cotton made the experience exceptional. He greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel welcome, setting the tone for a great dining experience. His professionalism and friendly personality truly stood out.
Throughout the visit, Cotton demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the menu. He gave great recommendations on sauce flavors, spice levels, and seafood combinations, making it clear that he genuinely cared about creating the best possible experience for customers. When I had questions about ingredients and portion sizes, he answered confidently and helpfully.
The service was attentive but never intrusive. Drinks were refilled promptly, orders were double-checked for accuracy, and food was delivered hot and fresh. Even during the busy dinner rush, Cotton maintained a positive attitude and kept a smile on his face. His teamwork with other staff members was also noticeable, he communicated effectively and helped keep the dining area running smoothly.
He worked around from the dining area to even cooking in the kitchen!
Most importantly, Cotton created an atmosphere that matched what Crab N Spice is all about… great food, great energy, and great people. It’s rare to find someone who balances speed, hospitality, and genuine care this well. We’re definitely coming back to look for Cotton and that huge smile of his! Thanks for brightening our day!

We came in and it was in the middle of a shift change. But the staff moved Heaven and Earth to make sure that we not only felt welcomed, but that we would have the full “red carpet” experience. It’s the only way to describe the level of service here. We’ve eaten at all of them and this one is-by far- the best which is saying something. No less than ten times did Cotton, who is the General Manager, Vilma, the owner, and Jay, the lead, visit it table and make absolutely certain that everything was to our liking. I was so impressed with the service that I can proudly reveal that Mr. Cotton is now a mentor to me. I am beyond honored to meet prior who take their craft so seriously and truly understand what service really is. Make sure you make this place your go to for crab n seafood. You surely won’t regret it. And tell Me. Cotton I sent you…
DONT FALL FOR THE “ALL YOU CAN EAT” first off it’s 38.99 all you can eat for the junk put in the bag (potato, corn, sausage etc… NOT CRAB That’s an extra $13 add on .. and when I say EVERYTHING is an extra charge!! Omg they bait you with the 38.99 …
the eggs are not regular egg as they’re tiny crill eggs GROSS! And then they literally make you eat everything in your bag before you can get something else. they gave me a whooole bunch of shrimp and I ate a lot of it along with everything else in my bag so i said can I have another potato the waiter looked and was like you have to finish all the shrimp first she pissed me off so bad I had to go off on her. It’s almost like I’m begging for a tiny red potato!!
And the food was Nasty and bland .. tasteless like it needed salt and seasonings it was just oily and garlicky.
