  Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. A great place to buy those forever jewelry pieces! Marie has a fabulous memory and remembered me and my family from over 25 years ago when we recently went in to have some rings resized. Highly recommend!

  If possible, I would rate then below zero due to unprofessionalism, shady business practice that involved a bait and switch... the final cost for the ring was 116% above the estimate. This is the very definition of bait and switch, which is a criminal offense. When talking to the store about this, they immediately said, "When do you want to pick up the stones?" They were not willing to listen to my concerns. I will never, ever return to this sham of a business!

  They pulled a total bait and switch and when asked for my diamonds back I was told that wasn't possible for another week! Will be reporting them to the BBB and lucky I didn't file a police report for stolen property. Stay away and save your time and money
