If cox didn't have a monopoly on service in Tulsa/BA I would never use their service. They are the worst. Unhelpful, rude, and their prices are ridiculous. Having to change or do anything with them is miserable. They also cannot keep themselves straight internally, every person you talk to will provide you a different answer to your question - no matter what you're calling about. Even if you are calling about something that benefits them - like an upgrade, they will give you the run around. It's a nightmare. The second there is an alternative to Cox I will jumping ship expeditiously.

Greyson was a huge help in getting our data issues resolved. Very polite and eager to assist. I’ve called the main customer service number several times and received very little help.
