  I've made 4-5 visits here in the past 2 1/2 weeks. Trying to help my aunt (86 yrs.) get Cox internet/phone & cable. I don't know what black hole we went into (one employee said it was something they did...and apologized) but they ended up asking her for lease agreements, her deed...on a house she's lived in since 1976! I called on a Sunday and asked for the gentleman that was helping me. The gal put me on hold for 57 minutes before she picked up again to let me know he was still with a customer. Good business practices "someone" should have checked back about every 5-10 minutes. After she checked back (57 minutes) I left a message (yesterday.) and I'm still waiting on that call back (a day later!). Enough! We went to Verizon tonight and got her new modem for her internet. We were In/out of Verizon in less than 30 minutes...plugged the modem in to the outlet and had internet! I had about 15 person hours invested (wasted!) into this Cox project before we gave up! Cox should be ashamed!

  Switching WiFi is so confusing but Daniel was able to help me out and get things cleared up in a timely manner even with the store packed. Explained everything very nicely and helped me understand the set up process.

  I called in today 8/23/25 and this person answered the call already given a bad vibe with the tone of his voice to be more specific he don't seem to be happy that I don't have a pen to write down the # that I need to call my self to get help,get it..I called to get help.for that person that answered my call today get you another job this ain't for you

  This is my 2nd day-3rd time having to come to this terrible store . Employees don't seem to be paid enough to even do their job correctly-forget about any concern or care. Now I have to be here to fix the equipment they messed up-but there are 12 people ahead of me.....and 3 employees 😑

  Joshua was great. He explained everything clearly and it only made sense to make the small changes that he had recommended to me since me promotional price I had signed up for had expired. The new plan, router, and internet speed have all improved. Thanks Josh
