  Sami was extremely helpful and friendly! He gave me a multiple different options on how I could lower my monthly bill , set up my new device for me AND scheduled a technician to come out to my home to hook up my new WiFi for me! BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a WHILE… thank you Sami!! 😊

  I went in to upgrade my equipment. The staff was very helpful. I was given detailed information and instructions. There was no time I felt I needed to ask for any additional clarification. Everyone was personable.

  I was canceling my service because I had found a cheaper way to go. That fits my schedule. Add my data as I use it Cox. Cable was always very good. There are customer services outstanding. And they did not disappoint when I walked into their store, they came right up to me and said, what can we do for you? I told him I was turning in my equipment, and I thought for sure. That I was going to get put to the back of the line, but that wasn't the case. The gentleman Jacob directing me over to his workstation. That helped me politely and courteously, and was respectful to the very speci, and when he said, have a great day. So yeah. In closing. If Cox cables prices go down, I will definitely go back.
