    Horrible customer service. Internet and cable is out. Called, waited 15 minutes for someone and the call hung up. I pay way to much to have outages and get hung up on for our service...

    I am absolutely astounded by how unreliable cox internet is in Tucson. Unfortunately, I have no other options in my neighborhood. I can't wait for another provider to offer service in my zip code.

    After a number of attempts to get service via the online ordering process and via chatting with their residential service sales reps, I finally decided to call and find out what the hold up was. The woman who helped me was helpful and efficient. Within twenty minutes I was all set up and on my way to pick up my equipment. She even gave me the address and what time they closed. I was expecting to spend some time with signing a contract, and was surprised when all I had to do was wait to have the self installation kit brought out from the back, and I was on my way. It was so easy to install, I was tickled pink. Still not entirely clear why I didn't qualify for the year of mobile service, which has been advertised all over the place, but at least I have WIFI.

    The gentleman that waited on us was very polite. However, he did not appear to know much about how to process equipment return. After receiving help from his female co-worker and several unnecessary questions. He finally realized we only wanted to return the equipment.

    The people here were very nice. It's too bad, but they figured out that they couldn't offer just what I wanted right where I live. They looked at the computer and suggested another carrier who could help. After, they didn't chase me off. We had a nice visit. That's a good store.
