  Gal on the phone says this store can turn off my service, guy in the store says I have to call the people on the phone. 2 plus hours into turning off my internet. Been disconnected 3 times by customer service. IHML.

  purposely sabotaged my account because i didn't want to buy cell phone service spent over 2 hours on the phone undoing what they screwed with. I truly hope they all get fired

  This is the best store ever. I worked with Jacob. he was my hero yesterday. I didn’t actually have to do anything. He did it all for me. Jacob deserves a raise because he helped me so much. He made me feel at ease. He took care of everything for me and he got my phone exactly the way it be. I came in very frustrated and in tears after the online people couldn’t help at all and kept telling me to go into the store. That was the best choice because Jacob is amazing. And Mike helped also, Both worked on different things at the same time so it would be at least amount of time to get this taken care of. Both of them are together fantastic. I would recommend Jacob. He has a true asset to this company and I think he should get a raise because the way he treated me was amazing. He was like my angel for the day honest to God he made me understand what was happening with my phone he put in something extra for me. He put in a request for something that had to be requested via an email or a form and everything was done for me and I’m just so grateful to Jacob!! He went above and beyond!
