- ARApril Rhodes6 days ago5.0Very nice customer service personnel. Both the young lady and young man were extremely courteous and kind. I needed a remote for an older box, and they replaced it without any argument. I wish I would have gotten their names because they were both great. I came in on a Saturday, so I hope their manager will recognize them as being exceptional employees.

- RRRemington RaskinSep 17, 20251.03 cox internet outages in the last month, with 14 hours as the average response. Horrible service and 0 explanations as to what is causing these interruptions. Save your money and try any other provider, your sanity will thank you. The outage started at 9 pm last night, and as of right now( 2:18 pm it is still ongoing)
