  Dante was my Cox technician today and did an amazing job! He was on time, professional, and super friendly. He explained everything clearly, made sure my WiFi was up and running before he left, and even took the time to answer my questions. 10/10 experience

  My mom loves Carlos at this COX location. Carlos’ job title of “solutions specialist” is spot on because he goes out of his way to help you out even if you’re halfway across the country and even if the solution he’s thinking will meet your needs is not a COX product. Honest, hard working, incredibly reliable. Definitely recommend!

  Not much of a wait and greeted professionally and friendly in spite of the mixed reviews found online. In an effort to upgrade are abysmal AT&T service we went to inquire about offerings in Metairie. We're going to give them a try as it's a no contract offer at a better price and 10 times the speed! So far so good, fingers crossed! It's beyond human understanding that so many areas in Jefferson Parish don't have fiber internet yet!
