  Update: Went the next day, greeted out front by a young lady named Dae and she was helping me before I even set foot into the store. The gentleman working with her was extremely polite as well. 5 star service. please update those store hours online! Google/Cox.com need to update the store hours to reflect 10-6 instead of listing them 10-7 like the other stores! Made a trip here, arrived at 6:11 and the two (very polite) staffers were locking up and headed home for the day. It's no fault of theirs, just sucks to waste a trip. I'll be back the next day and update my review.

  I picked up my equipment from the Chalmette location, was greeted by a gentlemen who told me he would be with me shortly. Immediately another gentleman by the name of Malik stopped what he was doing approached me and asked if he could help. I told him I was picking up my equipment he went through the process and retrieved my equipment very quickly. I then told him I would more than likely need help he told me to call if I needed help. Upon trying to set my WiFi up I ran into some issues I called Malik twice to get it resolved he walked me through the set up and everything turned out fine. He then reached out to me another time to make sure my WiFi was working correctly. This was a very great experience and Malik made me feel valued .
