  Needed a replacement for my router after a power issue. Went to the store and Celina was the associate who helped me. Not only was she training 3 other individuals at the same time, but she also explained to them the process and made sure to look at my account as a existing customer and see if there was any way to save me money. She upgraded my plan and equipment and is saving me $40 a month. Best customer service i have had from cox. Best of luck to the new employees, you have a great mentor to follow.

  Celina helped me out. I was trying to get my elderly mother’s cable working and needed a new cable box 15 minutes before closing. I called and she set up the box and had it ready for me right at closing time. Thank you.

  Celina is awesome. Spent over half an hour online on a chat with a rep. They just kept trying to up sale me to a new plan and different router. Decided to just drive to the store. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Celina got me what I needed, upgraded my plan, and saved me 65 bucks a month. Do yourself a favor and forgot calling or going online and just go see Celina at the store, she rocks.
