  This new store is great! The customer service and attention to my final goal and needs from COX as a company were definitely met. Kenzie's was a pleasure to work with and has great communication skills! I was in and out extremely fast.

  I came in to get my cell phone switched to Cox, and Abdel (my apologies if I messed up the name) and Juan went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I literally had to do nothing but enjoy my time in the store while they got it all together. They even stayed a full hour after closing to make sure my new phone was going to work before I left. I greatly appreciate these two going above and beyond for a new customer. I truly enjoyed visiting with them. You have some great employees on staff and they should be commended for a job well done. It was a much more enjoyable experience than any of the times I had to deal with AT&T.

  I don't understand why I had to wait 20 minutes in line to pay a bill. A line when you have 3 associates working and 3 customers in line. Then cox has the nerve to sell cellphone the service is probably poor just like the poor service I received from your associates that works for this location. Cox closed the other location for this 1 terrible. I won't ever come to this location. This makes want terminate all services. Shame on Cox
