    Jose Menjivar was extremely helpful and personable and my technician Jay was prompt, professional and knew what he was doing. Huge thanks to both of these guys for helping me update my modem.

    They double charged my account, acknowledged the error, and then told me it would take 3–6 weeks to get MY money back — after I was assured in-store that it would be taken care of immediately. The store manager lied, the employee lied, and now I’m left holding the bag while Cox sits on my cash. This isn’t a mistake — it’s disrespectful, dishonest, and unacceptable. If you’re considering Cox — don’t. If you’re already stuck with them — double check your billing every month. Cox, You're a terrible organization.

    First of all, whenever I call them I'm on hold for 45 minutes. Then when I actually get somebody on the phone I get the run around. One day I hear that I can have my bill lowered if I call only after the promotion period ends, then when I finally do get somebody on the phone after calling 3 times and waiting an hour they play hardball and say your stuck because we're a monopoly. I hate hate hate Cox Communications, but there is no other choice.
