  Map Location is on the wrong side of the building. Google Maps is showing the location on the back door of another business. Google won’t accept my correction.

  Wow! Cullen at the La Paz store helped me in 6 minutes flat lowering my bill from 109. to 71. WOW WOW WOW! Great customer service from COX!

  The worst company to deal with. Their service is awful, the internet and cable are frequently going out. This happens at both my business and residence and not just a single residence but everyone I’ve lived at. Why don’t you switch providers then duh??? Well I can’t because of cox having a freaking monopoly. When calling cox it’s always a bot, which is rarely helpful. I’d recommend any other company over cox if given the chance. 3 weeks later I would just like to reiterate my dissatisfaction with cox, service out again for WiFi. If I can switch providers and a heartbeat, I would!!!!!

  Make sure you don''t give Cox your Smart TV HDMI Connect Box! We moved and took back all our Cox equipment to the Laguna Niguel Store. We had the Samsung Smart TV Mini One Connect Box and Mini One Cable in the bag with all the modems, cable boxes and remotes. The person looked through the bag and said "It's all here." and that was it. The replacement box and cable cost me a couple hundred bucks. My main complaint is that I tried to call the store but can't get through to a live person unless without their extension number.
