  Post review follow up: while I still cancelled cox services, I went to the Lake Forest store and the service was far and above better. Definitely recommend that store if you need help. Just the worst. I came in because I started getting charged additional amounts without my authorization. I was having trouble with phone support so I figured going into the store would be a better way to get help. It was literally no help at all, the gentlemen I spoke to wasn’t able to pull up my mystery bill, where it was coming from or how I could pay it, did nothing to assist me with the other charges and just told me to call. Perhaps there are better Cox stores out there but it’s not this one.

  Called asking to cancel services in February and since moving to Murrieta they STILL try to charge and fraudulently accumulate a balance owed on my account threatening to send me to collections. Ive filed a complaint on their store with BBB.
