  THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE U CAN GET. ONE DAY WORKS FINE THE OTHER IS JUST ABSOLUTE TRASH!! EVERY WEEK THERE IS SOMETHIGN WRONG WITH THIS INTERNET. IT IS SAD THAT EATEL DONT HAVE SERVICE IN MY AREA NEVER HAD ANYPROBLEMS WITH THEM FOR THE 8 YEARS I HAD THEM.

  Do not go threw with these services. I paid my deposit and everything just to go home and it not work. Came back to the store for them to tell me there's more fees to have someone come and fix the issue. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Will never consider cox for anything.

  Terrible Company. They will sneak unwated products in your bag, charge you repeatedly for bills already paid. Thier agenda, ruin your credit.

  Seriously the worst. I literally meant it, there’s an outage every. single. week or weekend (ascension parish area) for more than for 24 hours. Super frustrating that you pay for a service and you never receive it consistently, almost sounds like grounds for a lawsuit?

  The cable service is subpar and I'm always having some issue with my cable box but the saving grace is this Solution Store. The customer service personnel always have greet me with a smile, assist me with my problem and most importantly NOT PRESSURED ME into buying new services, try to convince me to upgrade or tried to push a "deal" on me. If it was the service it would be 1 star but this store is dang near perfect. I never had this experience in any other store .
